Gresham Place primary bath
PROJECT DETAILS
The Challenge
Our client wanted a primary bathroom that felt serene and elevated, without the disruption of a full renovation. The existing floor and shower tile were staying, so the challenge was to create a fresh, cohesive look around those fixed finishes—while solving the day-to-day pain points: limited storage, busy visual clutter, and lighting that didn’t feel as polished or functional as the space deserved.
The Transformation
We anchored the refresh with a custom-feeling vanity that immediately adds warmth and calm through its soft wood tone and streamlined silhouette—then layered in smart storage so the countertop could stay clear and spa-like. Crisp new paint brightened the room and let the existing stone read intentional rather than “leftover.”
To elevate the everyday routine, we upgraded the lighting with tailored brass sconces and paired them with clean-lined mirrors for a balanced, symmetrical look that feels both modern and timeless. The result is a primary bathroom that feels lighter, more organized, and quietly luxurious—proof that you can achieve a major transformation while keeping key tile elements in place.
